Flat Pack Service was quick to respond to my request on Yelp and had the most decent price for my request. Carlos showed up on time and was very nice; excellent customer service. He changed the numbers on my home and made sure everything was neat and clean. I would definitely call them again for assistance with my home!
I called Flatpack because I needed a somewhat complex assembly of a stand-alone Murphy "flip" bed/desk and some other items. Scheduling went smoothly and I was impressed that they requested make/model numbers of the items ahead of time so they knew exactly what they'd be dealing with. The crew of three came extremely prepared! They had watched the assembly video ahead of time and brought their own protective drop cloths, work benches and tons of tools. From start to finish this company has been thorough and professional. I needed a 3 piece nursery set assembled and it was completed within 3 hours. Mr. Carlos was very professional and answered my questions with ease. I love the outcome. I highly recommend this company.
I hired them to assemble a large Ikea wardrobe and they did an amazing job. Very responsive, professional and on time. The price was also great. I'm going to use them again in a couple of weeks for another wardrobe
They are expert builders! Very detailed, efficient, and professional. They built my IKEA PAX system, couch, and dresser to perfection (particularly the IKEA PAX system, which had many pieces). I will ALWAYS use them for my assembly needs.
