Very disappointing Dr. Flatow made a dangerous mistake with my treatment and was well aware of my emotional status at the time. I have since called his office and left OVER 10 messages asking to schedule 15 minutes with him to discuss the situation. Capri has never returned my call. There is no way to get directly to Dr. Flatow (that I am aware of anyway). I wanted to write him a letter, but I know their practice, Capri will place it in my file and he will never see it. It's too bad.
