Flatout flooring rocks! We just had our entire first floor replaced with vinyl planks. Dave, one of the owners, came out to quote. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Replacing floor in a home is a HUGE expense, making it a little scary for most. For a small repair of laminate flooring in my kitchen. The installer was professional, courteous and competent. Floor looks great!! Would definitely highly recommend and use again.
Flatout Flooring did an amazing job replacing all my floors after a refrigerator leak. We got a prompt quote, they gave us a start date and finished a day early. The guys that came to do the work were polite and professional and took great pride in their work.
What an awesome experience reflecting customer service with smiles. Everyone made me feel like my flooring was the most important. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. We worked with Mike over several months and visits to find the perfect flooring and baseboards for our home. He was always happy, friendly, and helpful. We love this awesome company! We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed with baseboards and our thrilled with the quality of work the crew did. They were all professional, kind, and very reliable. Mike and Cory were awesome in sales and did everything they said they would do. I would HIGHLY recommend this flooring company.
