Flatiron has become a “home” for our family over the years. Bill has taken the menu to new heights (the latest gnocchi with short rib is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted), the service is great, and it’s just the quintessential spot in Davidson.
We arrived to Flatiron with the expectation of a nice upperscale restaurant with great food in Davidson. The restaurant overall was simplistic but nice. The service was decent not the best but also not the worst. The food on the other hand was anything but great. I ordered the Taphouse burger and my girlfriend had the Prime New York Strip Steak. RecommendedThis was our first visit. The food was great. The wild boar chops were delicious and my husband loved the pasta dish so much he's determined to try to make it at home. Our server was attentive and friendly. We plan to go back sometime.

Great lunch date with the love of my life, my husband! Our server, Tony, was awesome. The food was pretty and delicious. That bread pudding...yes!!! We will return when we are in the area. Definitely recommend!
