Today I participated in the NoDa Beer Dinner at Flatiron Kitchen + Taphouse in Davidson, North Carolina. It was beer pairing on auto pilot and it was fantastic. If you have never been to a beer dinner the way they work is the chef introduces the meal courses and the brewery introduces the beer they paired with the dish. Its a good way to try new foods and brews that you might not have ordinarily have tried before.
