If you're anywhere near Biloxi and love seafood, do yourself a favor and stop by Flatheads and Bottom Feeders. This place absolutely knocked it out of the park. Their new **Loaded Oysters** deserve to become a permanent menu item. They're rich, perfectly balanced, and packed with so much flavor that every bite somehow tops the last.
