I've seen Dr. Jerman for 3 separate procedures, and every time, he and his staff have been very professional and caring. Dr. Jerman has personally called after every procedure to check on my healing progress, which says a lot in my opinion. I would definitely recommend Flathead Valley Oral Surgery to others!
Great service and staff. Was very nervous going in but the nurses and dentist were very nice and reassuring. Walked out with smile.
I had my wisdom teeth out towards the end of February. Post surgery I had a medication issue/reaction and Dr. Jerman called me multiple times to check in with how I was doing. While I was not excited about having an unexpected reaction it was great to know he cared and was willing to assist me in anyway he could.
I had an appointment with Dr Jerman 2 weeks ago for a tooth extraction and could not have received better care! Everyone in the office was great to work with, especially getting me in so quickly. Having a tooth pulled is usually something you don't have a "good" experience with, but everything about the procedure, the people, and Dr Jerman was great!
Just had my very first oral surgery so glad that I went to doctor James Jerman him and his crew were fantastic the procedure was quick and my pain afterward was very minimal thank you so much!
Had a great experience considering I had a tooth pulled. I was in and out and am healing up quickly!
having teeth pulled here is really painless and perfect for that after u can think straight with no side effects
