Dr Jerman and his crew were very professional, with great knowledge. I have never had any kind of surgery done and they made sure I was comfortable. I was highly impressed with their website and all the information they had to offer. I am glad I was recommended to their office.
Dr. Jerman and the staff were all very friendly! They made my daughter feel very comfortable when she was nervous to be there. Dr Jerman call the next day to see how my daughter was feeling. I will be recommending this place to others!
I was greeted early in the morning by friendly staff. The friendliness continued throughout my appointment. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. Would definitely recommend them to anybody needing work done!
Wow! I haven't been to dentist outside of IHS in a very long time and this was amazing! Both Dr. Jermain and his staff made sure that I knew what to expect and even took the time to call and check on me a couple days later! Great experience!!! Highly recommend for any oral surgery!
Had to have surgery on tooth in order to be removed. It couldn't have gone better as it was a "difficult tooth. Dr Jerman and staff were all nice and accommodating. Very professional.
First experience with having tooth extraction and being put under. was very nervous . You all made me feel very comfortable and doctor Jerman was amazing with inserting the iv . You all made it easier to go through . Will definitely come back if I ever need to . And highly recommend Flathead valley oral . From the front desk through to the discharge you are all amazing .
Many thanks to Dr. Jerman and team for a positive experience with my wisdom teeth removal surgery! I felt very well informed and cared for, and all the instructions for post surgical care were neatly laid out for me to read when I got home. Dr. Jerman called the day after to check in personally and encouraged me to call if I needed anything else. It was an overall personal and comforting experience!
Great experience, staff and doctor and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Had zero pain from surgery. Everything is healing up nicely. Doctor called me the next day to see how I was doing and see if I had any more questions. They gave a booklet and directions to what to do and what not to do after wisdom teeth removal. Will recommend them to other people.
My son had his 4 Wisdom teeth extracted last Friday. I feel we were well prepared going in and we're provided excellent instructions for his aftercare. I liked that he called a couple of days later to follow up. Short wait time and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
