RIP Flat Top in Madison. Sucks to lose my favorite restaurant. If you have a large bucket of the red hot chilli sauce that you're going to have to dispose of, I'll take it.
It took over 20 minutes for a server to come to our table after we were seated on a slow Monday. Servers kept walking by and never acknowledged us. When we finally got a server, he never apologized and didn't seem to care. I used to love this place, but the service is the absolute worst in the city.
Great way to get the exact combination you want. We went mid afternoon so everything came quickly. Nice atmosphere.

Flat top was our favorite place when they were in Milwaukee. When that location closed we visit the Madison location whenever we are in town. The manager, Brian, remembered our family from his days as the Milwaukee manager on a recent visit. He treated us like royalty and personally took care of us. He did such a wonderful job and it made us feel really special. Thank Brian and your staff!
