Food was very good. The service on the other hand was horrible. My wife and I ordered water and it took 5 minutes to get it. The location was not very busy (less than 10 patrons). After we got our waters, the only time we saw our server was when he brought our food. My water was empty and he did not offer to refill it. He then totally disappeared and we had to go to the check in desk to find someone to get our check. They tracked him down and he returned with our check. Enjoyed lunch today for my first time at Flat Top Grill <3 service was excellent && food was delicious!
Every time I’ve went, we have had excellent service. Until yesterday, our waitress was more interested in something other than waiting on us. We got our meals, but had to tell her twice that my grandson hadn’t gotten what he ordered. My daughter ended up hunting down the manager, and right away he got his meal. He also gave us our meals free and gave each my daughter and I $10. Cards for the next time we came. And he apologized to us many, many times. Usually love going to flat top, but this time was HIGHLY disappointing/annoying. My husband put our name in at 6 and said it would be a 45min wait. That's fine, but it ended up being an 1hr to 1hr 15mins. Then on top of that it took another HOUR to get our food. Extremely frustrating.
They never disappoint!!! Always have a great experience here!
