Had a flat roof on my garage that kept pooling water after every rain. Paul came out and took a look. And knew right away what was going on. He redid the whole surface and now the water actually drains like its supposed to. Compared a few places around glenview before going with him and I'm glad I did. The price was reasonable and the work looks solid. No more puddles sitting up there.

Paul redid the flat roof over our back addition. The membrane was cracked and we had stains on the ceiling inside. He replaced the whole section, did new flashing where it meets the main roof, and it has been dry through a few storms now. Pricing was straightforward and the work looks solid.

paul did our flat roof on the addition over the garage. old one was ponding water and starting to bubble in spots. he recoated parts and replaced the section that was the worst. explained what he was doing and why which i appreciated since i dont know much about flat roofs. price was straight forward, no weird add ons after the fact. took him a day and a half. been through some hard rains and no more puddles sitting up there. solid

Paul handled the flat roof over our garage. It had been patched a few times over the years by other people and was still leaking. He came out, looked it over, and was straight about what was actually wrong instead of just throwing another patch on it. Did a full recover, took about a day. Price matched the estimate. No leaks through the last few storms which is more than I can say for the last two guys we paid to fix it.

Paul came out to look at our flat roof on the addition because we had a slow leak coming through the kitchen ceiling. first impression was good, he didn't try to sell us a whole new roof right out the gate. went up there, took pictures, showed me where the seams had failed and where water was pooling. gave us two options, a patch job and a full recover, with prices for both. we went with the recover since the roof was already 18 years old. crew came out a week later, two guys, worked clean. tore off the old membrane, fixed a... read more
