Best flat roof work I have paid for. Twelve units in this building and everyone of them is dry now. Nobody upstairs has anything to complain about anymore.

We took on a building with a flat roof that had a history and no paperwork, so the first job was working out what was actually up there. they took a core, photographed it and explained the layers to me in plain terms. bitumen over bitumen over the original deck, saturated in places. i'd been quoted for a coating by somebody else which would have trapped all of that in. they were blunt that a coating over wet insulation is money thrown away. we did a full strip and rebuild with tapered insulation and a single ply membrane. th... read more

Paul redid the flat roof up on our place and it's held up great. We used to get water just sitting up there and pooling after every rain, and now it actually drains like it should. He resurfaced the whole thing and dealt with the low spots that were causing the mess. Those ceiling stains we had inside haven't come back. He ran me through what he did when he finished so I understood how the drainage was set up. Fair price for the work and it's already made it through a real wet stretch without any issues.
