Paul came out to look at our flat roof on the addition because we had a slow leak coming through the kitchen ceiling. first impression was good, he didn't try to sell us a whole new roof right out the gate. went up there, took pictures, showed me where the seams had failed and where water was pooling. gave us two options, a patch job and a full recover, with prices for both. we went with the recover since the roof was already 18 years old. crew came out a week later, two guys, worked clean. tore off the old membrane, fixed a... read more

Our flat roof had been giving us issues for a while and we finally decided to get it properly addressed. Paul came out, took a look, and explained what he'd recommend without overselling anything. The estimate was reasonable and he fit us into the schedule within a couple weeks. The flat roof membrane they put down looks clean and tight. Drainage is working like it should now.

Had our flat roof redone and everything went smoothly. A friend in Glenview mentioned Paul's name when I was asking around. Good communication, showed up on schedule, and the finished roof looks solid and drains well.

Had a slow leak on our flat roof near one of the drains. Was getting water stains on the ceiling underneath which was not great. Paul took a look and found where the membrane had worn through. They patched up that section and sealed it all back up. Been through a few good rains since and ceiling is dry. Simple fix but glad someone found the actual source of it.
