Garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Andy, our technician, was very friendly and helpful, and able to get everything fixed in a very timely manner. Will definitely recommend for future jobs.
Brian was very informative. Checked to make sure we knew how to do the basic maintenance on our air conditioner.
We needed some air conditioner maintenance quick on a weekend, they came the next day. Not only fixed it but explained things to us. The tech Brian was awesome and very informative! I love the packet they provide with "seasonal homeowner maintenance" ....being a homeowner you know these things, but having the checklist available is awesome!! I will be keeping this hung up for an easy reminder. Thanks Flat Rate for great service!
This is the third time that we have used Flat Rate and I am thrilled with the quality of the service that I received each time. I was thankful for the immediate response as I cannot imagine my life without air conditioning!!!!! We are certainly going to use them for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing challenges. This has and we'll still is a horrible experience experience with this company. I had to replace mine drain pipes for an upper and lower bathroom I was told thought this would be a one-day job and that was on a Friday. They came out and after working all day they told me they had to come back on Monday to finish I needed this job as soon as possible and get it I understand why they would be on Monday when they say they are 24/7 company why they couldn't finish Saturday I don'...Continue Reading

I recently needed some emergency plumbing done . I called Flat Rate they were at my house within the hour. The technician was efficient , explained everything thoroughly before continuing with any work. I was treated with respect and patience. I would definetly recommend Flat Rate to anyone that needed plumbing services.
