This has been an absolute nightmare to work with this company. We were sent the wrong machine. It doesn't work. They refuse to answer any phone call, email or to any of the support tickets that have been sent through their website. Our office has not had a working printer in over a month. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!

We've had problems with our copier from the get go. We run out of toner regularly despite sending them meter readings regularly - then they give me the run around for weeks (currently at 3 weeks and multiple emails and messages left at the 1-800 number for the support team to call me back) - we are currently out of luck because our Testing Center opens back up next week and we are unable to print. I’m a lover, not a fighter, but man do these people make me want to commit acts of violence. I have never worked with any company that were so unprofessional and rude, and can barely do the bare minimum. 0 stars don’t even cut it. Just throw the whole google review page away. I’d rather get scammed by unknown callers asking about my non-existing car warranty than do business with them; because at least they can actually do their job well…

My company was in the market for a new copier and the salesman that I was dealing with talked down to me when asking for some information about the cost of the copier that he was quoting. Instead of providing the information as requested, he proceeded to tell me why asking for the information made no sense in what I was trying to compare. Completely unprofessional and would have given zero stars if that was an option. Would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
