My wood floors have never looked better. Our wood floor is in pretty good shape but mopping it alone is not cleaning it as much as I'd like so I hired them to do more heavy cleaning. I called them set the appointment and they came over and cleaned my floors. My floors look great!
We found the perfect carpet for our remodeled home. We just did some remodeling to our home and the last thing we did was replace our old carpet. Flat Rate had such a wide selection for us to choose from and they offered us samples so we could take our time to pick the right carpet for us. They installed it for us and our home look great!
I hired them and they did an excellent job. After we had our bathroom remodeled our living room carpet got a little dirty. So I had flat rate come over for their deep carpet cleaning. My experience was overall very good. The cleaning was excellent and the customer service was good.
My Mold issue is resolved! We have a guest room that we were planning on having our friends stay in. But we noticed that there was some mold growing in the room. We know how dangerous mold can be so we looked into treating this issue. One of my co-workers told he he had a similar problem in his house and recommended Flat Rate. I gave them a try and I was very pleased with the results. Appointments were easy to setup and they cleared up my mold problem.
My leather couch looks great. I have a camel colored leather couch that is in good shape but it needed some cleaning and I didn't want to risk cleaning it too briskly and damaging it. So I hired some professionals to clean it for me. I tried flat rate and they ended up doing an excellent job for me. I highly recommend them.
