Fixed my damaged rug. I just moved to the area and in my travels one of my antique rugs was slightly torn. My neighbor recommended a Flat rate carpet and I had them fix my rug. The results were perfect. I can't see where the repair was done it is so seamless.
Love the rug cleaning pickup service. I've been finding it increasingly difficult time wise to do everyday chores. So when I found out that they offer pickup for rug cleaning I was very thankful. They do an excellent job and it is very convenient for me.
They did an excellent job on a last minute clean up job. I had a party that I was hosting on the weekend and then disaster broke. I had a food spill in the middle of my living room carpet. So I needed to have it cleaned fast. I called Flat Rate and they were able to setup an appointment for the very next day. The cleaning was done really well. I recommend them.

So many carpets to choose from. I just had my new carpet installed and I love it! It looks great. This place has a huge showroom where you can choose from so many designs. Their consultants are very good at what they do and they made the entire process easier.
Removed our mold and installed our carpet. We had our basement re-carpeted, but before we had that done we had to have the mold removed. We also had our room treated so the mold would not come back. Then after doing all that Flat Rate also installed our new carpet. Job well done!
