My wife and I threw a Kentucky Derby party almost every year and we have a variety of people cater food. This year Flat Iron Pits BBQ was one of the highlights to our party. Dropped into High Point tonight with a friend, and saw the menu. Didn’t expect ramen to be on order, and tried the Tonkotsu. In a town that doesn’t know how to make a good bowl anymore, this is an absolute must have. Im stunned to find such a delicious and fair priced ramen option. Well done Flat Iron Pits. I’m definitely getting this again.
