Linda and Nelson are fantastic. I have known Linda for almost a decade now and she helped me dramatically with my rental properties with finding quality tenants, providing valuable advice on contractors for home repairs, maintenance, improvements and has been a tremendous resource for many clients of mine that I've referred to her. The flat fee system really works well for property owners that are involved in the management of their properties.

We worked with Linda to sell our house and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and provided a market analysis that allowed us to sell our home for 40k more than other realtors through we could. She is also very responsive and passionate about her job. Flat Fee Realty is the real estate company to hire. Real Estate Agent, Linda is a professional in this industry. She pays attention to detail and executes.
