Flat Fee Landlord has new people in place that provide an efficient and pleasant experience. Sam Hesham has helped me along the way during difficulties with an ex-employee and has fixed all of the issues that I had. Will use again now that new personnel is in place.
This company is absolutely terrible. I signed on with Sam Hesham who promised me great service and explained to me the many benefits of utilizing Flat Fee Landlord’s services. From the start the Tenants ended up calling me, and not flat fee landlord, because they stated they were impossible to get ahold of. I had to schedule many appointments for repairs myself vs Flat Fee Landlord doing as promised in the agreement. The biggest issue was when the tenant moved out. Don't trust this company to manage your property and sure as hell don't rent a place they manage. They do not have a clue what they are doing and are completely incompetent. Will tell you what you want to hear so you sign a lease. Don't expect them to fix any simple problem in a timely or convenient manner. Moved into a filthy home with none of what was promised taken care of and now going on well over a month with out a washer and dryer.
Very professional and courteous, they know what they are doing. Thanks a million, I would love to refer you to my family and friends.
