After 6 years with this Management Company as an owner, I realize this company is not working for its clients who are paying the company. I realized that they start out low but charge their clients every tiny thing that added up to a high fee. They will charge you for their new AppFolio portal, updating the portal and the worst one is they will take every service complaint from a tenant, the enemy of the landlord, without the owner knowing it until the work is already done.
