I am a former renter and my landlord used Flat Fee Landlord's services. This company has been extremely difficult to work with. First, by the second month my roomate and I moved in our place became infested with roaches due to an issue with our neighbors above us. We ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars in extermination fees, and 85 dollars bi monthly, for the rest of the time we lived there (2 years). This company is absolutely terrible. I signed on with Sam H***** who promised me great service and explained to me the many benefits of utilizing Flat Fee Landlord’s services. From the start the Tenants ended up calling me, and not flat fee landlord, because they stated they were impossible to get ahold of. I had to schedule many appointments for repairs myself vs Flat Fee Landlord doing as promised in the agreement. The biggest issue was when the tenant moved out. Flat Fee Landlord, LLC is below an A+ business. When I was researching a property management company, I was getting GREAT customer service from Alex C*****. He would answer all my questions regarding their service and company and he also followed up with me twice. The company sounds and looks good on paper but the experience is a NIGHTMARE. The agent they assigned me must have been new because he was not good at all. When I asked for a new agent, they told me "Quentin" was taking over as my agent. That was a lie and I'm not sure why they wouldn't just switch the agents. Any real estate agent that asks a customer to show their own property (the service im paying them for) isnt professional.
