My dental experience has always been "Excellent". I've been a patient for over 2 years. Always courteous and prompt service.
I love this dentist office! The staff are always so friendly and the dentists have a great bed-side manner!
Dr. Brooks did a perfect job on my new front upper bridge. He did extra steps to make it fit perfectly.
Everything went great
I hate the dentist, and it gives me panic attacks to go. The staff at Flat Creek Family Dentistry is so kind and patient with me. They explain everything thoroughly, before acting, and they even offered me the option of mild sedation when I have work done. They are very careful to ask if I'm feeling pain. I honestly would not be able to get it done otherwise, as I shake and cry in a big mess. I love everybody there, and I'll never see another dentist. I've been going since the 80's!
Great practice and people
Great always. Staff is always friendly. Dental Assistant Barb continues to be awesome, and although I didn't see Dr. Kaigler this time around, I will continue to do so for years to come. This is a very busy practice, so be sure to schedule ahead of time.
Got awesome care as always from Lisa and Dr. Brooks. I don't always get good news, but they always know how to correct the problem. They are good people.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and have always been very pleased! I now drive 1 hour to visit this practice because of the quality of the service and the staff. The staff is so incredibly kind and the overall experience is incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend!
