From the beginning, these guys have been and continue to be the best! They were quick to see me for my first visit and still are quick to see me if there is a problem. Recently called about a denture rub on my gum and Barb got me in that very morning, fixed the problem and I was on my way. You can't get any better than that. Ladies on the desk are always sweet and have a smile when you arrive. The place is just awesome!
Very friendly atmosphere in the entire office. Sharon did another great job cleaning my teeth and brought the doctor in to answer a quick question as well as to take a look at my situation. Very pleased with entire experience and as a CUSTOMER , that makes me very happy !!
Nice and honest dentist. He had to fill my 7 year old's cavity and he was kind enough to call to check up on her that night. Who does that these days? Exactly. Great place to go and perfect for the whole family.
My family and I have been going to Flat Creek for over 15 years and they have been consistently awesome. Their dental hygienists really care about their patients. The office staff are always on top of things and very friendly. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.
My dental visit was met with a cheerful staff and a professional technician. Clean environment makes for an excellent visit.

they are efficient with my time - as soon as I sign in I am taken to my hygienist's room & they are friendly & I am done in no time - next appointment is made while still in the chair & then I am on my way home
I have been a patient of Dr. Kaigler for many years. I would not consider another dentist. Their service is always the best ever. Like most I don't like going to a dentist but I am at ease when I am there. Thank you to Dr. Kaigler and staff.
