This place is a joke. I'm not sure how it has almost 5 stars. I applied for a USDA loan and got approved. Went through the entire process. I could never get my loan officer on the phone, ever. I talked to her twice the entire month in a half. She would only communicate through text and sometimes email. The closing date was extended because she didn't set up the appraisal until 4 days before closing. The staff at Flat Branch were awesome!!! They were so supportive throughout the whole process. Sarah was such a gem!! She went above and beyond to help us through this home buying process and she is definitely an asset to this company. Thank you to Jeremiah as well. It definitely was a team effort.
