The service is horrible, the people who work there are space cadets and take 10 minutes to toast bagels then hand them back. They also will blast ghetto music really loud at 7:45am. Just annoying people to deal with and everything way overpriced.

Fantastic people and fantastic coffee. Treat yourself one day when visiting or passing through Lower Mills.
The Dot Ave location has Consistently great brew, the Sumatra dark roasts is my bold choice. Casual and comfortable atmosphere with great service.
