I’m new to NM so I didn’t have a nail tech out here. I went to the mall to get my nails done. They did a terrible job. So I called and made an appointment here to get them soaked off and a fresh set. I was agitated because when I got there the tech said he didn’t have time to soak my nails off and could only do a fill in. We had a good experience overall. They manage to take off my bad acrylic set without to much damage to my nails. Jolie even made sure that my liquid gel wasn’t to thick at the tip so I could use them!
