I felt so RELIEVED when I walked into Flares Bridal after visiting four other stores and starting to lose hope of finding my dream dress. I'm 5,8 140 with a 34DD chest and found it challenging to find ones that fit but Flares has a beautiful selection with a lot of variety, including lace styles, which I love. I had my first dress fitting today after purchasing my dress from Flares in July. Both of my experiences have been amazing with excellent service, and I really felt like the team cares! There were no weird feelings with my initial appointment when I would say I liked or disliked certain things about each dress. I checked out many places in the Bay Area for a wedding dress and finally found my dress at Flares Bridal in Walnut Creek! I worked with Ayanna and she was excellent! She was so patient and kept me updated on when my dress would arrive. It arrived on time! When I did my fitting, I worked with Lisa and she was great! She gave me tips on how to maximize my budget when it came to alterations. There is a really why this place is busy! They have beautiful dresses and their customer service is excellent!!
Fantastic service from Ayanna, Lissa, Ray, and Fady! Heard great things from my aunt who got her wedding dress here as well and I can see why. Their friendliness, service, dress options, and attention to detail is great.
