I paid in full each month for 6 years. Flarent is a horrible company to deal with. I spent over a year without heat, a/c went out for weeks at a time and I still was never behind in payment. It doesn't matter if youre a good renter. These people have no concern for humanity. Today is a Thursday. It's extremely hot. My a/c isn't working and the property manager just told me he wont be around his phone until Monday. Im sure my kids will love to sweat. The breakers have issues.
