Absolutely amazing staff. When you put in things to get fixed. They are quick and determined to make sure everything is up to standards. These are by far the most amazing property Management staff I have ever dealt with in my life. I am so glad I got them as my property managers

Terrible communication and refusal to accept payment! I'm giving Flarent 1 star because of their extremely frustrating handling of my HOA fees. I recently received a court notice for unpaid fees, which came as a shock. As soon as I got it on, I contacted Flarent to resolve the issue. I even reached out directly to the property manager, with a proposal for payment. Unfortunately, my emails and attempts to communicate have been completely ignored.
