I paid in full each month for 6 years. Flarent is a horrible company to deal with. I spent over a year without heat, a/c went out for weeks at a time and I still was never behind in payment. It doesn't matter if youre a good renter. These people have no concern for humanity. Today is a Thursday. It's extremely hot. My a/c isn't working and the property manager just told me he wont be around his phone until Monday. Im sure my kids will love to sweat. The breakers have issues. You cant watch a movie and microwave popcorn witho... read more
