Usually the service at Flapjacks is good, but this past Sunday an incident happened that makes me never want to return. After the loss of my husband, our family had gathered at Flapjacks for breakfast. When our food came out, Grandma's order was wrong. The cook (and owner) refused to correct the mistake saying the waitress misentered the order. My thoughts are that no matter what the order should have been fixed - don't make the customer suffer! It was one of the worst customer service incidents I have seen.
