I had to go to the person 3x to make sure they vacuumed all the rows and under the mat and wiped down the back row. I was there 40+ min and people who came after me left before me
I won't be coming to this car wash ever again if they can't be careful with the vehicles and be honest when they mess up. I hope management and owners wake up!
On Thursday 10/22, my mom, Cindy Van Meeveren, went to get her car washed. She's been coming here for thirty plus years, and was shocked by how she was treated here, by the new owner. While her car was at the end of the automatic car wash, waiting to be dried, they let a large truck hit the back of her car.
