If I could give a 0 star I would. First of all, these people don’t care about you at all. Second, the amount of times my family have been towed is absolutely ridiculous. They have towed my husbands car twice in one week, and even towed it illegally after he fixed his inspection that was expired. I do have proof of this and they did not care and would not do anything for us. My babysitter’s car was also towed as they apparently changed the time they start towing. Like others have mentioned this company is a literal nightmare. Horrible customer service. It’s nearly impossible to get a response from anyone employed here. They recently changed company’s for HOA payment and i mistakenly missed it. We are now wasting our HOA funds for threatening and demanding letters for a missed payment in less than a month. Made it seem like I missed several payments. Disgusting behavior.
Awful. I called to ask a question about my statement I received, and the gentleman told me I should go online to look at my statement because he didn't have a computer. Huh? I just received my statement and am calling for your assistance. He said I was calling his cell phone. Mind you, it is the number listed on their website, and they do not even include their phone number on our monthly HOA statement. You are wasting your money paying this worthless, unhelpful company. They don't give a damn about their clients.
This company continues to disappoint me. They have no respect for their Landlords and tenants. My neighbor had to beg for over a year to finally get her stairs and balcony to her front door fixed because it was caving in. They also continuously spray the property with pesticides, herbicides and other dangerous chemicals without contacting the owners and/ renters.
