Purchased 2 TV’s, 2 wall mounts, universal remote this year. Discovered our surround sound rear speakers were not working after the second TV was installed. The problem was the wiring was not hooked up to the receiver. Eight days ago we left a message for support. Their message said they would get back to us in four hours. We never heard from them.
Flanner's is a great place to do business. They are honest with great service and are very knowledgeable. This was our second time doing business there and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
We have had issues with a Big Box company doing work on our speakers. We had Flanners come out and the fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The other unnamed company spent hours with no success. Thank you Flanners! We have used you in the past and will use you again in the future!

Trusted them to sell us what we needed for a project, and to stand by their products but that was not the case. Would never shop here again.
I was in this afternoon looking for a wall mount for a TV I bought somewhere else. The gentleman that "helped" me appeared bothered that I was holding up his completing some other task and as soon as he found out that I bought the TV from a "box retailer" he told me that he could not help me and that he wouldn't have any brackets that would work. Sorry I didn't buy my this TV from Flanner's and with service like that I will never buy anything from Flanner's.
