Worst restaurant in Miami. They put my under cooked burger back on the grill after I took a bite and brought it back out totally charded.
I was a loyal Flanigans customer for over twenty years. I had four separate issues in the last few months with sloppy and disrespectful service. Upon tipping a well deserved 0 after going to the restroom with my wife and finding our table cleaned and in the process of being reseated. I asked to at the very least have me beer replaced and they said no. A manager came and asked us to leave. So instead of fixing the service problem, they get rid of the customer. Good going. Good Service. We finally had a chance to visit the new Flannigans in our area. The food was great as expected (ribs). The kids had a great time with their puzzles and crayons. The manager was very nice (dressed as witch because it was close to Halloween). She visited our table many times and was a hit with my little one. We will definitely visit again. Welcome to Westchester !
I've given this location 3 chances. first time waited 25 minutes to be sat, never saw a hostess or a security guard and ended up seating ourselves. although service was decent that visit. next visit same issue with being seated. asked 3 different people about seating, finally got a table, but service was okay at most. today showed up at 12 pm and managed to find a seat at the bar, only to be told last call already happened. managed to make it to the Kendall location with enough time to order food, thank god. We had a negative experience at the location on bird rd and 97th ave. We waited for over two hours to be seated. We left because we were tired of waiting and not being attended to and my two smaller children lost their patience. The hostess was rude and disrespectful. She said to us as we left, "come back again", in a sarcastic tone. We've been to other Flanny locations many times and always had great service.
