TJ came out to my house to assess the plumbing problem. He was awesome! He determined it was the septic and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. When Cody and Aaron arrived the next day on time, they told me that they had talked to TJ about the problem. Both Cody & Aaron were great too. They explained the problem, showed it to me, & followed up with pictures emailed to me. For a traumatic and costly experience, they made it bearable. I can't thank The Pink Plumber enough for their professionalism.
We had a problem with our hot water heater, and Brian D, from Pink Plumber came out and took care of the problem. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and a very hard worker. All around A+ guy! I have called on Pink Plumber before and have always been happy with the work that has been done. Both Brian D. and David P. are excellent representatives of their company.
We are so pleased with the honesty and professionalism we experienced with our recent A/C problem. The technician, Efrain, who evaluated our system communicated clearly and even showed us the problem by demonstrating the leak. I just found out from my elderly neighbor that orangutan charged them 19,000 for one new air conditioner on a 1600 sq ft home. The one they replaced was only ten years old. I paid 8000 for the same air conditioning unit from a reputable company.
I bought 2 complete air conditioning units, including air handlers from Orangutan in July 2010 for about $19,000. The system came with a twice-yearly seasonal maintenance check-up for 10 years. I subsequently renewed it for an additional 7 years. For the most part I was fairly happy with the maintenance service. However, many of the technicians Orangutan sent out to service my air conditioners were inexperienced. This was supposed to be a free estimate for a reroute of my water line. their plumber found that the leak was not from the meter to the house, but between a cutoff valve and front hose bib. This potentially saved me a lot of money which was good. He then checked the water pressure which I knew was low, he wanted to charge one hundred dollars to increase it, told him the work was done by my home warranty and could not let him touch it.
