My son has had a few challenges with his braces, but Dr. Flanagan's office continues to be understanding and patient. We are grateful for their professional and fun armosphere.
I have no complaints even with my sons teeth i never really felt like i was in the dark
Dr. Flanagan takes time after each appt to explain what they did that day and what to expect for next time. Staff is always friendly and flexible when needing to schedule or change appts at the eleventh hour. Appts always start on time and we appreciate knowing ahead of time how long the appt will last; they are usually spot on, too.
When you realize your children are in need of orthodontic care you want to choose a place that fits with your family. We knew we were in the right place as soon as we walked in. The care we have received and continue to receive is beyond words. We have been able to make and schedule appointments with ease plus reschedule them and be seen for emergencies throughout the process. Both of my children love going in to the office each and every visit and are met with smiles and conversations.
We came here on a friend's recommendation. We had one of our kid's assessed at another orthodontic office & told Doctor what was recommended. He agreed,but offered another way & explained everything in a manner for me as well as my son to understand. He always makes time to check in after with me after a check-up about what is going on & what's next. His staff is very pleasant & accommodating. We have had nothing but good experiences here. Highly recommended!
All the staff are very nice and took good care of my daughter. They answered all questions and were always very helpful.

this is my second child to come through Dr Flanagan's office. Harmony has been here for years just to see how she was progressing. I never feel rushed or put out. My first daughter, Melody, still has great results and her braces have been off for 4 years. thank you
I'm pleased with the results that my child and I are both getting under Dr. Flanagan's care. His staff is really friendly and the office is inviting, clean, and fun to be in. It's great that many can't even tell that we are under orthodontic care since we both have invisalign. I'm glad we were referred to Dr. Flanagan and I will continue to tell others about him and his office too.
