We have been consulting with Dr. Flanagan for a few years regarding my daughter's need for orthodontics. He has always been willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process, beginning with consulting and now with braces. My daughter finally got her braces on in August and we are already seeing positive changes with her smile! Dr. Flanagan and his staff are friendly, inviting and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Flanagan.
My son started phase 1 of his orthodontic treatment when he was 8 years old. The staff was wonderful with him. They took time to help him understand the best way to keep his braces clean and what foods to avoid. Phase 2 started when he was 12 and was a breeze. Having an office in Winnebago certainly made appointments for adjustments much easier for us. We were lucky, and never had a single broken bracket or loose wire!!
My child was 7 at the age of consult and was very apprehensive post consultation. The office staff made the first visit fun, exciting and took all her anxiety away. The unknown became the known and the work began quickly. The Dr. is amazing, he anticipates work in advance to prepare the patient/family. The timeline he provided was spot on. We did have a bit if difficulty with the expander and the Dr. made time promptly for us to come in and be shown this again!
