Tenet for over 10 yrs..office and staff are very efficient..mgr is very caring and fair..area is so peaceful..so convenient to the strip,airport,freeways,shopping and schools..best complex i've lived in since moving to Vegas!
I've been here going on five years. I love it here. The office manager is the best.
Since the summer has kicked in I've had nothing but heavy humidity in my apartment and I had maintenance to come check it out and they said that the AC is working fine but why then would I still have it 75° and it runs and never shuts off and I have those big sit down fans circulating the air too inside my apartment. Love the size of it but if maintenance doesn't want to fix it then I'm glad I only signed a 7 months lease.
