My family and I had a great 1st experience at Flamingo Lakethis past weekend! All the staff were very friendly, and sites were clean. We will be back often!
A big THANK YOU to Ken, Steve, and the staff at Flamingo Lake. The cabins on the lake, the 6 man raft from the general store, water park slides, flamingo paddle boat... I am officially wore out and had a blast doing it! You all were great, hopsitibale and helpful. Thanks so much for a great weekend.
This place has it all. It's hard to even want to camp elsewhere!

I've been coming here with my Family the last few years to the waterpark and pay around $15 a person it's a shame we came to a cooking event today to support a friend and not the water park and was charged $15 a person and said it was for parking $45 for parking we been here 20 mins and were leaving we will go to another water park for now on
Flamingo Lake RV Resort is a great place. We have been here a month waiting for surgery at Mayo and could not have asked for a greater place to stay. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful in numerous ways. There are also great activities which help pass the time while waiting and keeping our mind occupied rather than worrying. The setting is terrific and the drive to Mayo is very easy. I highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to camp.
Wow!!! All I can say is wow!!! Not only does this North Florida destination have character and amazing ambiance but the entire staff was so happy to be there and happy to help in anyway!! I also had an amazing blt while sitting by the lake! Please go, you will not be sorry!!!!
We stayed there in our smaller travel trailer for 11 days about a week ago. We were mildly disappointed in the spot we were given...although it was a lakeside cement pad with full hookups, it was right up against the cafe. It ended up being a nice, quiet spot, except for a couple things: people liked to park their cars and golf carts on our pad when they went in to eat, and one of the cafe workers felt to was okay to take her smoke break on our spot right behind our trailer. I understand paying the $57 a night but to charge me $9 extra after for my kids to stay and then tell me it's $3 per visitors and when the day comes I can't get my visitors in for the $3 because I have a family of 7, 2 adults 5 kids so that has taken up my $3 visitors limit that's unreal.
