We had this company come out to do a professional evaluation of our washing machine that stopped working. The technician told us that it could be the lid switch, which would cost about $150, or the timer which costs $348, but he could not guarantee that they would fix the problem. After I questioned way I would pay for parts that wouldn’t solve the problem, the tech changed his offer to we would only have to pay for the labor. Joshua was the most polite, helpful, and understanding of any technician that I have ever met in my lifetime. If I have any other problems, I ask that you send Joshua. My icemaker is now working right, he was so clean with the repairs, and explained everything properly. He is a step above any other repairman because he is understanding and caring!
