I bought a Whirlpool washer that broke after just a month of use. Long story short, I have been without a working washer over a month now because Flamingo Appliance Service took 2 weeks to come out to diagnose the problem. Then booked me for an appointment a week later to fix it (they had to order a part), which they cancelled. Then I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later which is today 2/2. They cancelled again! Don’t not use this company.  IMO The customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve dealt with.  They give you a multi hour service appointment window and you tell them you will be home all day.  If you don’t answer their call immediately they cancel your appointment. This includes the service techs as well.  I tried to call both back within two minutes and all I got was the mailbox is full or a phone tree trying to reach a representative!   Total wasted day waiting for these ass clowns !

this compagny was recomended by whirlpool . worst service ever. Our problem has been going on for year. A YEAR !!! they keep rescheduling me and everytime their excuse is: our technician is out sick". They gave up on us and they don't want to admit it. The staff is extremelly rude, no concern , no solution, they have nothing to offer. Technicians are inexperience ( no good technician would ever work for a compagny like this anyways) . I reacched out to BBB, whirlpool and no idea why they are still in buisness.

Very dishonest about what needed to be done said one thing the first visit but different the second trip out. Did not put the parts in he said I needed but did install new Ice maker " still not working because now he clams it need a different part will take 4 weeks to get for $170 . DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR SERVICE!!!!! $350 for an ice make that still is not working.

Terrible follow up!! I have been calling Flamingo Appliance Service for months about about a repair done in December. Zero calls back. After calling the tech on his cell phone I find out that Flamingo never placed the order and now I am out of warranty three months later.

My Whirlpool oven (Model WFG505M0BS0) stopped working - the bottom oven part (the top burners were OK), the display on top functioned normally, but no fire came on. I called Whirlpool, and then I accessed Whirlpool online and scheduled service with their official service representative - Flamingo Appliance Service https://flamingoappliance.com/ for September 9, 2020. Jeremy Grimm, Jr. made two service calls to complete the replacement of the right lower glider track on the freezer door of our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Mr. Grimm was punctual, extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly. On the second visit two days later, he arrived with the necessary replacement parts and restored correct operation of the the freezer door.
