I placed an order for my son‘s 18th birthday and I was charged for a display. I emailed and called to confirm the date and to my disappointment this morning when I woke up there was nothing in the yard. Now I’m going to try to get a refund. I’ve used this service in the past without an issue and I don’t blame it on the Quarantine considering it’s non-social related. If it were an issue they shouldn’t of taken my money.

The flamingos made my sister in law’s 40th birthday in quarantine a little happier! She was super surprised & excited to wake up to a yard full of flamingos! Excellent customer service & accommodating when I placed a last minute order. I will definitely using this service again in the future!
