They messed up my sign and the name they put was the name of the baby I had just miscarried and not the birthday boy. They won’t answer the phone or return calls or emails. It is just horrible to deal with. I need a company that’s responsive

We deliver at night. I got done with 23 houses that night at 6:30 and woke up at 1030 to answer calls. It’s impossible to answer calls at 6-8 am. Dragging our name over a minor mistake I had no part in after I refunded you without question is just wrong. As I said before I’m sorry.
Best birthday surprise ever!
Yesterday was my mom’s birthday and I ordered Flamingo A Friend and I tell you they did a superb job. She was SURPRISED and she really enjoyed it BIG THANKS TO FLAMINGO A FRIEND FOR MAKING MY MOMS 65TH BIRTHDAY ONE SHE’LL NEVER FORGET!!
