Made an offer on a house in Fairview through our own realtor. Signed all contracts and disclosures and after several days got a phone call that told us that they stated because they were a small close nit town the broker didn’t want to go through with sell after we signed all disclosures and the seller agreed to terms. Loved the house and We was all excited about the house.The broker was very friendly in person but then really was unethical in her job.
