Hailey Cohen is tops in my book. She was always available via text or cell. We live 340 road miles away in Acworth Ga and were selling our vacation home on St. Helena's Island. She took care of everything. We met her just after Christmas 2017 and closed May 10th 2018. She set things up so we didn't have to travel back to Beaufort for closing and did it long distance. She had contractors who took care of all the deficiencies found on the inspection. She made a complicated event very easy!

I was referred to Mrs. Jessica from a previous client she had. Mrs. Jessica was very nice, and professional and gave us several options to look at. My fiance and I weren't quite ready at that time to decide on a home and we really wanted to just see what are options were. I will give it about a year or so and we will definitely be going back to see Mrs. Jessica Washington. Were beyond ready to find our house but I know it takes time.
