Worst service in Vail!!! Had reservations at 6. Didn't get our food til 8! Didn't get all of our food then. One steak had a hair on it. Assistant manager said, "are you sure that's not your hair?" Had to ask for bread. Drinks were never refilled without begging. It was supposed to be 50th birthday celebration. Turned out to be a disaster!!
Child friendly, the food was great, the piano, spacious for Vail standards. Perfect for Christmas dinner!
I had THE BEST steak I've ever eaten at Flame!!!
