A great choice for furnace maintenance at Flame Fu Just scheduled my Flame Gold plan spring heating and cooling checkup. It has been three years now and the technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable.
Extremely satisfactory service I have to say that I had an issue with this company when they came out and fixed my hot water heater. I have never had a company call me and be the least bit concerened with my not being happy but in this case they were. They called me and made me feel like I mattered. I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided to me. Although I was not happy from the start, I could not be happier with the resolution of my service call. They are really a standup company!

Professional staff and service is excellent We had a new Bryant central air installed by Flame. Three technicians, Dave H, and Greg B and electrician, Al G. showed excellent work habits. Flame Furnace offers great service Two years ago I contacted Flame for a furnace estimate, they sent out a sales guy Rich. He took a look at my present furnace and measured my home. He sat down with me and my wife and gave me 6 options. One of the more expensive furnaces seemed right for me. Flame furnace provides excellent workmanship Flame is my choice for furnace upgrades in my home. They provided quality workmanship with prompt service. Workers are very professional and job is completed as expected.
The best company to deal with My AC was not running consistently last summer. Called Flame and they were on-site quickly. They found the problem in a minimum amount of time, suggested some things I could do myself, and fixed the problem with a switch on the condenser. They have a nice support plan (Gold Plan) that is optional. I elected to opt for it since it includes an annual inspection, which I feel is a good safety measure.
