A great choice for furnace maintenance at Flame Fu Just scheduled my Flame Gold plan spring heating and cooling checkup. It has been three years now and the technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable.
Extremely satisfactory service I have to say that I had an issue with this company when they came out and fixed my hot water heater. I have never had a company call me and be the least bit concerened with my not being happy but in this case they were. They called me and made me feel like I mattered. I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided to me. Although I was not happy from the start, I could not be happier with the resolution of my service call. They are really a standup company!

Professional staff and service is excellent We had a new Bryant central air installed by Flame. Three technicians, Dave H, and Greg B and electrician, Al G. showed excellent work habits. Each of them were very professional, timely, friendly, courteous and efficient. This three man crew did an excellent job. Flame Furnace offers great service Two years ago I contacted Flame for a furnace estimate, they sent out a sales guy Rich. He took a look at my present furnace and measured my home. He sat down with me and my wife and gave me 6 options. One of the more expensive furnaces seemed right for me. Great Work! My boiler died December 23rd, and Flame Furnace had been out to determine it was shot, and scheduled another visit for the following morning to give me a quote, before the other heating company called to tell me they could not be out until December 26th. There's the Christmas spirit for you. Falme furnace came out the next morning early, Chrismtas Eve, and not only got everything ordered to be installed on the 26th, but also set up to have a temporary furnace put in so we could stay warm over the holiday weekend.... read more
