Satisfied with great work ethics Flame replaced one of my Furnace/AC systems in 1 1/2 days. The installers and the electrician were thorough and answered all my questions. I am completely satisfied with their work and the new system.

Great Work! My boiler died December 23rd, and Flame Furnace had been out to determine it was shot, and scheduled another visit for the following morning to give me a quote, before the other heating company called to tell me they could not be out until December 26th. There's the Christmas spirit for you. Falme furnace came out the next morning early, Chrismtas Eve, and not only got everything ordered to be installed on the 26th, but also set up to have a temporary furnace put in so we could stay warm over the holiday weekend.... read more
Best server - recommended Just had my boiler replaced by Flame. Problems last week Thursday, a serviceman came out the next day since it wasn't that cold. Ran tests found that there was a problem only when the system heated up for a while, a hole in the heat exchanger. My chimney looked like a factory with all the steam coming out! Arranged for a replacement today. They were out here first thing, removed the old boiler, cleaned up and got ready for the new boiler. Prompt response - great service I had an air conditioner installed by Flame. They showed up early, were very professional, and did a great job. Dorothy in the office was awesome in getting this done quickly on a holiday weekend. I would hire them again.
Great service experience - recommended I want to share my great experience today with my team from Flame Furnace. I had an A/C unit and high-efficiency furnace installed. The process from start to finish was done very professionally by Flame installers Stefan Sokalski and Bill Demeter who arrived very early a.m. to tackle this job.
