I have been going to Dr. John for 4 years now. He does a great job explaining everything, he has stayed open later for my husband who works longer hours so he can get his yearly exam. He has worked with me through 3 different insurance plans even when it wasn't the best plan for his own income. I highly recommend him and would never go back to any larger chain stores.
I went to see this OD, called his office to get my glasses a few times, he finally called me back. I stopped by the office on the hours he has as open and he was not there. I called him again a few times and never heard back. Yet he has the audacity to send payment request to my vision plan. I thought I would support a small shop, but if this is the type of customer service one gets at the small local offices, no wonder they go out of business.
