I will start off by saying what a gem John Flaherty is. Never met a builder look me in the face and tell me to "sue him" when I asked him if he wanted to cost share on the fence that I PAID for that he is currently using. Guess we will let the courts settle that. BUT that's not all, nope, John Flaherty's company also over sprayed black paint on my light gray house over two months ago, and has been asked by my builder and myself to remove the paint from my house, garage door, window, and window screen and has yet to do it.
