**** update**** it has been 7 months since I moved in. There seems to be some sort of miscommunication between the Property management in Indianapolis and the local management here in New Albany. Consistently poor experience with their properties, and companies like this are a leech on society that add no value. When conglomerates like this own and manage hundreds of rental properties and slowly squeeze their residents with additional expenses, fees, and poor service, there become fewer alternatives for people to turn to. Edit: I have now moved out of Castle Point Apartments over a month ago and have yet to have any lucky getting my deposit back. Management is impossible to get ahold of. They are trying to charge me for an additional 12 days in May when I moved out in May 1 and my 30 day notice ended on May 6. My account statement was accurate on May 2 when I paid my rent, and then after that my move out was not processed until May 18th. This review is for F and C as a management of Riverhaus in Covington Ky, not the property itself. The main elevator was out for two months. March until May 2026. We would get copy and paste emails thanking us for our patience. The main elevator was the only was to get to the lobby, mail room, gym and office. There only other way was to walk down several flights of steps or take the secondary elevator on the opposite side of the property, then walk through a public garage, walk onto the public street then through the front do... read more
