We live at The Stella, a Flaherty & Collins property in Indianapolis. Since July, we've dealt with ongoing, disruptive noise from our upstairs neighbors. Onsite management has heard it firsthand and has been friendly, but nearly four months later, the problem still isn't resolved. Our suggested solutions, either addressing the residents causing the noise or moving us to a quieter unit, have gone nowhere, and the only unit offered also had noise complaints. I visited the Tempo Project. Morgan Cox toured me throughout the facility and an apartment. She was amazing. She was very communicative, knowledgeable, and provided a multitude of financial options while we were touring the apartment. I was very impressed with her personality and skillset.
My fianc� vacated Unit 453 of The Helm Apartments in July 2026. It is now September 15, and his security deposit has still not been returned. Management has also failed to provide an adequate accounting for the funds being withheld. We have repeatedly attempted to contact this property by phone without receiving a response. Since management has been unwilling or unable to address this directly, we are now documenting the matter publicly.
