This review is for Flaherty and Collins based on their Horrible management Of The Breakwater New albany, Indiana. There have been numerous complaints and problems with management. It’s taking them over a year to find a manager that will actually stay in the meantime they had an assistant manager who’s Hands were tied because she had no authority to do anything. I have been dealing with excessive noise from the rooftop lounge directly above my apartment for 11 months, and management has failed to resolve the issue. Nearly every day, my quiet enjoyment of my home is interrupted by loud impacts, furniture being dragged, and vibrations that travel directly through my ceiling. My dog is terrified on a daily basis because it sounds like a war zone above us. **** update**** it has been 7 months since I moved in. There seems to be some sort of miscommunication between the Property management in Indianapolis and the local management here in New Albany. Either that or neither cares and is content with falsely advertising “Luxury Living “ with a pool that is always getting shut down by the health department, dirty hallways, a dog park that is locked or has worm infested poop, and stolen packages all the time , and a App that has a Community chat that is censored just to name a few o... read more

Consistently poor experience with their properties, and companies like this are a leech on society that add no value. When conglomerates like this own and manage hundreds of rental properties and slowly squeeze their residents with additional expenses, fees, and poor service, there become fewer alternatives for people to turn to.
