The staff are very reliable and have been incredibly responsive and accommodating while my roommates and I moved in despite the Coronavirus causing limited office hours. Only complaint is that the dryers in the community laundry room don't work very well.

I've been here for two weeks and the rest of my lease seems like an eternity. If you get home later than 5pm, there are no spots left to park. Then, if you park on the curbside, out of the way, they'll tow you and extort you for almost $300 to get your car back, meanwhile all your neighbors have to park at the curb and have 0 issues. If I had to do it all again, I wouldnt even consider this complex.
The staff is great and listens to all complaints.
